So great in the height of summer when corn is at its sweetest. But it is an awesome cheese and cilantro and sour cream dressing just like when you eat the corn off the cob from a street vendor in Mexico. Tons of yummy additions to the actual corn. So messy that way. Ours is incredible and much neater to eat - tastes different with corn from different crops. So cool.
